One operator was killed, and 100 staff injured following an explosion and fire at a cosmetics manufacturing site in New York. Dramatic CCTV footage show the explosion during a chemical tank charging process. The operator received minor burns however the main explosion 25 minutes later, killed one person and injured 100 others. Follow this link to see the video (after the host site advert):
